Emcore added to Russell 2000 Index
Emcore Corp of Alhambra, CA, USA – which provides mixed-signal products for the aerospace & defense and broadband communications markets – has been included in the Russell 2000 Index and the broad-market Russell 3000 Index as part of the annual reconstitution of the Russell stock indexes.
Leveraging quartz MEMS, indium phosphide and lithium niobate chip-level technology, Emcore’s component and system-level products support applications including navigation and inertial sensing, defense optoelectronics, broadband transport, 5G wireless infrastructure, optical sensing, and cloud data centers. The firm has vertically integrated manufacturing capability at its wafer fabrication facility in Alhambra, CA, and quartz MEMS manufacturing facility in Concord, CA. Manufacturing facilities maintain ISO 9001 quality management certification, and the firm is AS9100 aerospace quality certified at its facility in Concord.
