Johnson Matthey Gas Purification Technology (JM-GPT) group of West Chester, PA, USA, which designs and manufactures bulk and point-of-use gas purifiers, has supplied a PSH-30 hydrogen purifier to Super Nova Optoelectronics Corporation.
Capable of flowing 30 Nm3/hr, the purifier will be used by Super Nova Optoelectronics in the manufacturing of high-brightness blue, green and blue/green LED chips. Super Nova was established in 2002, and is located in Ping Cheng City, Taiwan. JM-GPT’s Taiwanese sales & service agent Pionics Technology handled the sale.
According to JM-GPT, its PSH Series bulk hydrogen purifiers are capable of providing 99.9999999 percent pure hydrogen for wafer fabrication.
