Maker of bulk and point-of-use purifiers, Johnson Matthey Gas Purification Technology (JM-GPT) group of West Chester, PA, USA has supplied a Model PSH-30 hydrogen purifier, capable of hydrogen flows of 30 Nm3/hr, to Chi Mei Entech Co Ltd (CMLT) of Taipei, Taiwan. JM-GPT ‘s Taiwanese sales and service agent Pionics Technology Corporation secured the sale.
A division of Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), CMLT manufactures LEDs for backlighting LCD screens. Founded in 1998, CMO manufactures thin film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD). Its products include panels for notebooks, desktop monitors and televisions.
JM-GPT says that its PSH Series bulk hydrogen purifiers are capable of providing 99.9999999 percent pure hydrogen for wafer fabrication.See related items:
