Emcore Corp of Albuquerque, NM, USA, which makes components and subsystems for the broadband, fiber-optic and solar power markets, says that, following completion of the voluntary review of its historical stock option granting practices, it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year to end-September 2006 and its quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters to end-December 2006, end-March 2007, and end-June 2007.
These filings supersede in their entirety the preliminary quarterly earnings releases issued on 8 January, 25 April, 10 July, and 10 October. The firm says that it is now current in its SEC filings and believes that it is taking the appropriate steps to regain compliance with the requirements for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global Market.
