Riber receives order for MBE research machine
Riber has received an order from an unnamed company for its Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) Epineat research machine.
The Epineat model can be configured to simultaneously manufacture ‘several’ 2’’ diameter wafers, or one 4’’ diameter wafer, and is typically used for new device development or low-volume production of sophisticated devices.
