M/A-COM introduces telemetry transmitter for harsh environment applications
M/A-COM has introduced its new MATM-090007-SA00XX 1W S-band telemetry transmitter, suitable for smart munitions, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missiles and other harsh environment testing applications.
Utilizing a single +5.0V regulated supply voltage with reverse bias and over-voltage protection, the 31.8 x 41.4 x 5.1mm transmitter can be fully customised to suit the functionality and form factor requirements of each end-user application. It is available other form factors, including a 48mm diameter unit. The MATM-090007-SA00XX is can achieve a data range of 500Kbps to 20Mbps, and has an average DC to RF efficiency of 33%.
