Tekcore purchases third JM hydrogen purifier
Taiwan’s Tekcore Company Ltd, located in Nantou, Taiwan, has purchased a third bulk purifier from the Johnson Matthey Gas Purification Technology (JM-GPT) group. JM-GPT’s agent in Taiwan, Pionics Corp secured the sale of the Model GPT-40 hydrogen purifier.
Tekcore, a manufacturer of HB-LED wafers and chips, will use the system to supply ultrapure hydrogen to MOVPE reactors. JM-GPT’s hydrogen purifiers are capable of providing 99.9999999% pure hydrogen for wafer fabrication.
