Riber S.A. of Bezons, France – which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells – says that an Asian industrial company has ordered a third MBE 6000 machine.
Scheduled for delivery in 2020, the high-performance multi-wafer system is intended for the production of electronic and optoelectronic devices.
