Riber S.A. of Bezons, France – which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells – has received an order from a European customer for an MBE 49 production system (for delivery in 2019).
The system will be used to increase the customer’s optoelectronic component production capabilities.
