Riber receives order from China for two research MBE systems

Riber S.A. of Bezons, France - which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells - says that it has received an order from a Chinese research institute for two fully automated MBE412 research systems, to be delivered in 2019 and used for developing solar cells.
Enabling epitaxial deposition on either a 4”-diameter wafer or on multiple 2” wafers, MBE412 systems are used mainly for the development of new microelectronic or optoelectronic devices, as well as qualification before going into full production.
