Riber S.A. of Bezons, France, which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells, says it has received an order for a model MBE49 production MBE system, from a new customer, to manufacture epiwafers for optoelectronic components.
Riber did not disclose the name or location of the customer.
