Inphi receives NeoPhotonics' 2014 Supplier of the Year award
Inphi Corp of Santa Clara, CA, USA, a provider of high-speed mixed-signal ICs for communications, data-center and computing markets, has received the 2014 Supplier of the Year award from NeoPhotonics Corp of San Jose, CA, a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of both indium phosphide (InP) and silica-on-silicon photonic integrated circuit (PIC)-based modules and subsystems for high-speed communications networks. The award recognizes Inphi as an "outstanding supplier for its contribution in service, support and innovative leading-edge technology".
"It reflects our uncompromising commitment to delivering leading-edge next-generation 100G solutions and demonstrates the quality, reliability and performance Inphi's customers have come to expect," says Charlie Roach, Inphi's vice president, worldwide sales.
The award is in recognition of Inphi's "high standards of quality, performance and customer service," says Ben Sitler, NeoPhotonics' senior VP for worldwide sales. "Inphi's technology-leading integrated circuits for 100G applications have been very helpful to NeoPhotonics in introducing and ramping our 100G optical products," he adds.Â
