Second consecutive year for Bridgelux on Inc. 5000 List of America’s fastest growing private firms

LED chip and lighting array maker Bridgelux Inc of Livermore, CA, USA has been included for the second consecutive year in Inc. Magazine's 5000 list, an annual ranking of the fastest-growing private firms in America.

Inc. ranks private firms according to percentage revenue growth from 2008 through 2011. Companies on this year's list have created over 400,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the firms reached $299bn.

"Bridgelux is honored to be selected for the second year in a row for a place in the Inc. 5000 list. This serves as recognition of both the growth of the solid state lighting industry and the hard work of our employees in the success of our company," said Bill Watkins, chief executive officer of Bridgelux.
