Plasma-Therm launches new website

Plasma process equipment maker Plasma-Therm LLC of St Petersburg, FL, USA has launched a new website at www.plasmatherm.com

The firm says that the site will act as an informational tool that educates visitors about etch and deposition technologies in addition to offering detailed information about Plasma-Therm’s products and services. A news feed, interactive sales and service contact map, and events calendar is also available. The site is currently accessible in English, but will soon be translated to other languages to better communicate with the firm’s global customer base.

“Our Web site was designed to communicate with a variety of different audiences: from our current customers to the next generation of industry professionals,” said Ed Ostan, EVP of sales and marketing at Plasma-Therm. “We are trying to build a tool that will benefit our industry and act as an easy-to-use, informative resource while promoting two-way communication.”

Founded in 1974, Plasma-Therm is a supplier of advanced plasma process equipment that caters to various specialty markets including photomask, solid state lighting, thin film head and compound semiconductor. Plasma-Therm offers both dry etch & PECVD technologies. The firm has sales, service and spares locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
